Adjustable height stable industrial conveyor belt for bags cartons
Introduction
Belt conveyor used continuous or the severity of intermittent
exercise to transport all kinds of different items, such as all
kinds of bulk material, boxes, bags, and other small pieces of
single –piece weight of cargo, it used widely. In addition to

Instruction
1. Adjust the height to be suitable for working ( automatic) ,
until the flexible conveyor legs on to the floor of the container.
2. Expending the flexible conveyor to be the right length for
transporting (manual) .
3. Switch on the conveyor, make the speed to be suitable, put the
goods on the belt conveyor.
If it is gravity in the flexible conveyor part, make one person in
the end part of the belt conveyor and one person in the end of the
flexible conveyor. The goods should be pushed so that it runs in
the flexible conveyor. If the flexible conveyor is automatic, then
just make one person in the end part of it to receive goods when it
comes.

Front part is motorized roller conveyor; goods can be transmitted
automatically, save time and labor.
Feeding part can be adjustable so that different height of operator
can put goods easily.
Slope climbing part is adjustable automatically to keep same height
level with goods in truck, reduce labor intensity.
The front part of machine always keep in horizontal condition, so
that operator collect goods easily.
