Introduction

3. the plasticizing system: efficient plastics mixing screw, to
ensure plasticizing full uniform.
4. the speed control system: VVVF + alloy steel and hard gear
reducer, speed stable, low noise, durable.
5. the opening and closing mold, mold transfer system: beam arm,
three position, center locking clamping mechanism, to ensure
long-term use. Clamping force balance, no deformation, the use of
body translation mode (ball linear guide), high precision, low
resistance, fast.
6. blowing the needle holder: blow the whole Square-type needle
holder, a solid does not shift to ensure a smooth incision
products.
Feature
Infrared lamps adoped in the pre-heater ensures PET preforms being
heated evenly.
Mechanical-double-arm calmping ensures mould being tightly closed
under hight pressure and high temperature.
Pneumatic system consists of two parts. pneumatic acting part and
bottle blowing part in order to meet different requirements for
both acting and blowing. It provides sufficient steady high

Equipped with silencer and oiling system to lubricate the
mechanical pars of the machine.
Operated step-by-step and in semi-auto maode.
