Introduction

BST-5 is double station blow molding machine, with 70mm screw diameter, which is suitable for 500ml-5liters Detergent Bottle, Liquid Soap Bottle, Washing Bottle production. with single, twin, triple, and four die head for option. capacity from 200-1000pcs per hour for option.

Our blow molding machine is mainly used for making water tank capacity from 1L-1000L ( 2 Layers, 3 Layers, 4 Layers, 5 Layers)
Production range also includes Road barrier, Pallet, IBC tank, Double Ring tank.

Feature

Die head: Special steel and centre feed extrusion die head;

Extruder unit: adopt automatic temperature control unit of import,the screw united by frequency motor,hard tooth surface gear box to achieve stepless speed regulation;

Clampling device: Across the basement type double linear guide and move mould strengthen
rigidity. Template is three bar with center clamping system

Hydraulic system: whole system adopt imported components, proportional control flow, Fast
response, more stable, power consumption without loss;

Electric controlling system: it adopts Japan programmable controller, touch screen,the
characteristic of it has direct manipulation and large information on board.
