Plastic HDPE extrusion blow molding machine 5L for oil pot
Introduction
This series is single station mold-moving machine, high efficiency
and stability, suitable for making 1-5L containers in small batch
production. It adopts central-incoming extrusion die head which can
be divided into single layer, double layer and transparent line
type. Mold-moving adopts buffering throttle valve. Hydraulic system
adopts differential design, mold-moving stable, high efficiency,
and fast speed.

Container, PP Container, ABS Container, PC Container. likes oil
buckets, toolbox, chairs,jerrycans, desks,hollow parts and so on.

Accumulator die head whose runner is made by high-quality nitride
alloy steel with mirror surface treatment, material and color quick
reload.
Unique " three tie bar +two cylinder + linear guide" structure of
the clamping structure to ensure a more uniform mode-lock, knit
line more smooth.
Hydraulic system designed under energy-saving hydraulic
principles,adopt two oil pump structure. lower energy consumption
by 20% -40% compared with the conventional model. At the same time,
a significant reduction in oil temperature extends the service life
of hydraulic parts.
Variety of functions for different products matching the
technological requirements: bottom blow and lift, rotation,
encapsulation, material support, sub-mould, robot, parison control
system ,etc.
